Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Willard West Heating and Cooling is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated team. We are seeking a Warehouse Associate or Parts Runner, this position is paid hourly.

What You Will Do:

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
• Assist in loading vans/trucks using stock from warehouse
• Track inventory and assist in inventory counts and cycle counts
• Utilize equipment to load and unload heavy materials
• Maintain accurate records of inventory
• Assist in delivering parts to jobs
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Who You Are:

• 1-5 Years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
• Ability to handle heavy equipment
• Forklift certification preferred
• Experience with inventory system preferred

Compensation & Hours 

Hourlry Pay $15-$25
Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (flexible start and end times depending on business needs) 
Days: Monday - Friday with occasional weekends
