We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Plumbing Installer with a background in water softener and water treatment systems to join our dynamic team at Willard Heating and Cooling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties, with a specialized focus on water treatment solutions. This position requires a strong technical understanding of both traditional plumbing systems and modern water filtration and purification technologies.

What You Will Do?

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and solve plumbing problems
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems
• Specialize in the installation, maintenance, and repair of water treatment systems such as water softeners, filtration units, and reverse osmosis systems
• Provide recommendations for water treatment solutions based on customer needs and water quality analysis
• Work and maintain a relationship with customers to determine the best solution
• Repair and/or replace plumbing, drains, and fixtures
• Charge and collect payments for work performed
• Document and log job in ServiceTitan (including pictures and description of work performed)
• Maintain service vehicle and present a clean appearance

What You Need:

• A licensed Tradesman or higher (preferred) 
• To be technically proficient with a minimum of 1+ years of experience as a service plumber
• To have water softener or treatment experience
• Valid US Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record 
• Must pass a motor vehicle, background check, and drug screen
• Good communication and listening skills
• Sewer and drain cleaning experience
• Experience working with automatic faucets and flush valves
• Service Titan knowledge a plus
• Customer-oriented; works well with customers
• Open to learning new techniques and working with new plumbing technologies
