Overview

As a Licensed Plumber, you will diagnose and repair plumbing systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions. You will also charge and collect for all work performed, per company policy and procedures, by completing paperwork daily, recording all hours and materials used on each invoice. These tasks mainly include sewer and drain cleaning and working with automatic faucets and flush valves.

What you will do?

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and solve plumbing problems
• Plumbing install experience
• Have a valid Plumbing License
• Physical dexterity
• Work and maintain a relationship with customers to determine the best solution
• Repair and/or replace plumbing, drains, and fixtures
• Charge and collect payments for work performed
• Document and log job in ServiceTitan (including pictures and description of work performed)
• Maintain service vehicle and present a clean appearance

What You Need:

• A licensed Tradesman or higher
• To be technically proficient with a minimum of 1+ years of experience as a service plumber
• Experience with ServiceTitanpreferred
• Residential and commercial experience is a plus
• Nexstartraining is a strong asset
• Clean driving record required
• Prior experience with performance-based pay
• Valid US Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record 
• Must pass a motor vehicle, background check, and drug screen
• Sewer and drain cleaning experience
• Experience working with automatic faucets and flush valves
• Service Titan knowledge a plus
• Customer-oriented; works well with customers
• Open to learning new techniques and working with new plumbing technologies
